Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Orders:
Order confirmation is upon Himalayan Freedom Co. receiving an online order from the customer.

Opening Orders:
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders is an invoice value of $500 or more unless otherwise agreed upon.  MOQ for wholesaler re-order is $300. All orders must be paid for upfront before items are shipped out. We will send you a digital invoice that includes your order total plus shipping costs.

Markup:
All wholesale prices allow for at least a 50% keystone markup for retailers.

Volume Ordering:
If a larger quantity of items is needed then a Purchase Order will be required and 1-2 months of manufacturing and delivery time may be required. An upfront deposit may be required on orders of $2000 or more. If for any reason the sales order is canceled, Himalayan Freedom Co. reserves the right to charge 25% of the order value to cover costs. 

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Himalayan Freedom Co. is not responsible for additional customs and import fees. Shipping cost will be calculated upon receipt of the order.

Shipping:
Once your order is ready for shipment, it will take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion in selecting carrier to be used on any shipment

Payment:
Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise specified.

Method of Payment:
We accept wire transfers to a Nepal bank account or payment through credit card. Wire instructions will be included on your invoice.

Nature of Handmade Products:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

Damages and Defects:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Himalayan Freedom Co. at hello@himalayanfreedomco.com within 10 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged product may be returned to Himalayan Freedom Co. 501(c)3 for full credit to be applied on future orders of Himalayan Freedom Co. products.
